Secure and simplify access to Click Maint with SSO
You can now log in to Click Maint using your organization’s identity provider with support for Microsoft Entra ID and Google.

Your KPIs are now interactive!
Instead of just viewing metrics, you can now click KPIs to instantly filter your lists and drill into the data behind the numbers.
🔧 Work Orders

Click any KPI above the Work Order table to automatically update the list:
  • Overdue
  • Unassigned
  • Backlog by Status
  • Backlog by Priority
  • Reactive vs. Preventive
Each click updates filters automatically — so you can move from insight to action in one step.
📦 Inventory & Parts

Interactive KPIs now work in Inventory too:
  • Parts Below Minimum — see items under minimum quantity
  • Cost to Restock — view parts that need replenishment
KPIs are additive, meaning you can click multiple to narrow results even further.
Improvements
  • Web: Added a tooltip for long Entity names in sidebar navigation
  • Web: Added tooltip and hover action for location or asset when mapping floor plans
  • Mobile: Usability improvements for keyboard search and scrolling
Bug Fixes
  • Web: Fixed issue where Timer was not appearing in WO list
  • Web: Fixed issue where checklist items were not showing as completed on printed WOs
  • Mobile: Fixed issue where photos were not appearing in Request portal for certain mobile browsers
Quickly get a count of how many Requests or Work Orders need your attention.

✅ Requests: Badge shows total Pending Requests
  • Badge turns red if any are overdue or critical (based on Needed By date)
🔧 Work Orders: Badge shows total Active Work Orders (includes In Review)
  • Badge turns red if any are overdue or critical (based on Due Date)
Improvements
  • Web & Mobile: New Procedure Types (Signatures and Image/Files) and adding comments.
    Please update to mobile version 1.17 before using the new feature.
  • Web: Added Lead Technician role

  • Web: Inventory & Parts - Cost to restock KPI now uses parts where desired is less than available
  • Web: Floor plans, displaying location path for locations and assets when mapping

  • Web: Fixed non-legible formatting in Locations export

  • Web: Fixed issue where checklist items were not being marked as complete

To ensure everything continues to run smoothly, please update your app to version 1.17 by January 6. After this date, older versions will no longer be supported or accessible.
Updating only takes a moment—just visit the App Store or Google Play and download the latest version.
