Give technicians the reference material they need, right inside the procedure
image
Here's what's new:
📋
Attach Files to Procedure Templates
— Add images, PDFs, diagrams, or instruction sheets directly to a procedure template so technicians always have the right documentation on hand.
🔩
Step-Level Attachments
— Attach reference files to individual procedure items so technicians see exactly what they need at each step of the checklist.
🏗️
Visible on Work Orders & PMs
— When a procedure is applied to a work order or PM, all attachments are displayed inline — on both web and mobile.
🙌
No More Hunting for Docs
— Everything technicians need is embedded where they work, reducing interruptions and guesswork.
Your team can now build richer, more complete procedures that give technicians everything they need to get the job done right.
Note: Adding attachments to procedure templates is currently web-only. Viewing attachments is supported on both web and mobile.
Keep all communication in one place — message requesters directly from the work order.

Here's what's new:
💬
Direct Requester Messaging
— Leave comments on a work order that are visible to the requester, no external emails or phone calls needed.
🔔
Real-Time Notifications
— Requesters are notified when a technician comments, and technicians are notified when a requester replies.
📋
Full Communication Log
— All back-and-forth is tracked inside the work order for easy reference and audit.
🙌
No App Switching
— Ask questions and provide updates without ever leaving Click Maint.
Your team can now keep all requester communication organized, logged, and accessible right inside every work order.
Note: This feature is available for internal requesters only and is not currently supported for portal users.
Keep requesters in the loop as their work order moves forward.

Here’s what’s new:

🙌 Opt In at Submission - Requesters choose to receive updates when submitting their request, keeping notifications relevant and wanted
Your team spends less time fielding status questions — requesters get the answers delivered straight to them.
