For assets like generators, we track meter readings regularly. I want to record these readings daily or weekly to monitor how long the generator runs. If a recorded reading exceeds the service threshold, a work order should be automatically generated and assigned to the appropriate team.

Show Blueprints in the app, and be able to click on the location to view or add a work order. "Not all subtrades know where every room is by a title"

Be able to assign standard roles and permissions to diferent groups such as limited admin can also have work orders assinged to them. Lead technicians can also add new, edit, or remove assets, locations, vendor, parts, or other objects. etc.

Should say what one it is for the year like is it for Q1, or the first of four. Because they start to stack in Work orders and there is not an easy way to determine if one is newer or older, other than going based on date.

-A chat box through email, so we can communicate back and forth when there is issues with a work order. -Cc A secondary primary contact. Contractors would like manager who schedule the work with there employees and the front office who do the invoices to stay on the same page. -Pictures uploaded to be sent to the vendor aswell.

It would be nice to be able to add more assets under one work order. for example: while doing a playground inspection it would be good if you could add more assets to encompass all playground assets instead of creating a new pm for each item.

Allowing the duplication of workorders when creating new ones would cut down the work needed to in the creation of similar work orders. A specific example of this is the creation of PM inspections that are the same but are needed as individual work orders for each building. Currently, I have to go through the full process of copying each field from an existing work order to a new one. The ideal method would be to "duplicate work order" and then only edit the fields that need to change.

We need to be able to run one report for all entities to see all open/pending workorders that are assigned to a specific employee. This would help with keeping up with tasks and monitoring tickets that we are working on.

Integrate more browser options to viewtypical formatted attached items on PMs and Procedures so they can be "viewed" without needing to download each time.

Would be able to adjust the width of the displayed columns on the main work order page information quicker.
