Adding documents and photos to a comment would help document work as it's being done. This helps in longer repairs, where running commentary establishes a timeline of work for regulatory or root cause analysis purposes. In addition to this, having the ability for techs in the field to attach pictures without editing the work order to attach them is vital in reviewing work and ensuring proper documentation happens, instead of sending everything to someone who needs to edit the work order. This also eliminates the risk of incorrectly modifying a work order while editing it. This function exists in the "Other Costs" field, so why is it not included in the comment field?
