Backdate Completed Work Orders
Admins can now edit the “Completed when” date for finished work orders
Sometimes work gets done before it’s logged and now you can reflect that accurately. Admins and limited admins can now backdate the “Completed when” field for Completed or In Review work orders.
Here’s what’s new:
✏️ Edit the completion date — Update the “Completed when” field from the work order edit screen
🕒 View completion history — Changes are tracked in the Work Order History log
⚙️ How it works:
No setup required
Only Admins and Limited Admins can update the completion date
“Completed when” is required and cannot be set to a future date
This gives teams more flexibility and accuracy when logging real-world completion dates.
