Tired of missing steps or inconsistent task completion? With Procedures, your team can now attach reusable templates of step-by-step instructions to work orders and PMs — ensuring clarity, accountability, and compliance.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Create templates with flexible item types (checkboxes, inspections, dates, yes/no/NA, etc.)

✅ Add procedures directly to reactive and preventive work orders

✅ Track progress: users complete items one by one with autosave

✅ See it all: procedure details are visible on-screen and on printed WOs and PMs

✅ Optional setting to require a comment before completing WOs with incomplete procedures

Procedures are shared across all entities. Admins, Limited Admins, and Technicians can access the new Procedures module to manage templates.
